Sinocoredrill WIRELINE drill rods are manufactured from the best quality cold drawn seamless steel tubes. Ultimate tensile strength, high precision and straightness more than 1:1800mm provide the best performance under the most demanding drilling conditions.
Our drill rods(HQ DRILL ROD) are all manufactured by CNC machines. They're made of high quality alloy steel with heat-treated. We also can produce various sizes of casing tubes. Our NC&HC (HQ)drill pipe/drill rods got most praise from oversea market.
The tapered (conical) threads lock secure, couple and uncouple easy and they perfectly mate eliminating leakage of drill fluids.
Hard chrome plating on box ends protects thread connection and increases its wear resistance and rods life. Alternatively, both ends may be case hardened with nitriding, if requested.
All WIRELINE drill rods are flush jointed.
Suitable for deep hole drilling and available in sizes P, H, N, & B-WL.
