Butt fusion welder for pe pipe for bellow pipe fittings, BRWH-400 is one of this series machines which was produced in 2015. It is also the 380V welding machine for hdpe bellow pipe butt welding. And the pipe diameter can be maximum to 400mm.

Bellows welding machine characteristics
1. Can be used to make corrugated pipe working job on-site or in the workshop, for connecting PE/PP/PVDF/HDPE pipe materials. All the processing is driven by control center integrated with hydraulic system.
2. The whole machine is integrated design that composed with frame rack, milling cutter, heating plate and the system control box.
3. The control box is covered by waterproof design.
4. Standard power supply voltage and power frequency input, fully adapt to the local demand.
5. One engineer can operate the control system to finish the pipe connecting job.

Application: Applied for welding the corrugated pipe fittings which diameter is from 300mm to 400mm indeed. Machine is fit for the water pipe joint job and gas project.
