Main technical features:

TYZ-200 type trenchless directional drilling rig has advanced and simple structure, high efficiency and low oil temperature. The main hydraulic components, engine and mud pump are selected from domestic and foreign famous brand products. The main machine adopts steel tracks and rubber shoes, which is convenient for walking on all kinds of roads. It can ensure that the drilling rig is convenient to prepare the drill within the full drilling angle range, the drilling rig has good stability, and the overall shape is beautiful.

The drilling rig adopts world-class hydraulic products. The hydraulic circuit of the whole machine adopts a closed (push-pull and slewing) circuit and an open (auxiliary circuit) load-sensing circuit. The efficiency is high.
The operation valve group adopts electric control manual cooperation, and the main control valve adopts imported American Sao valve, which has high reliability.
The drilling rig parameter display adopts the intuition pointer and electronic instrument to cooperate, and the drilling rig pressure, torque, speed, push-pull force and other parameters are clear at a glance.
The power head rotation is driven by two sets of imported French Poclain double low-speed high-torque motors, and is equipped with two-step stepless speed regulation function. The main shaft floats, which is conducive to protecting the drill rod thread.
The push-pull of the power head is driven by a six motor equipped with a reducer, and is driven by a rack and pinion, which has good stability and high efficiency.
Supporting vehicle operation room, heating and cooling air conditioner, comfortable working environment and convenient operation.
The distance between the calipers and shackles that hold the shackle is adjustable, the shackle is automatically centered, the gripper moves all the way, and the shackle is accurate, stable and reliable.
