SCHP-800A is widely used in engineering geological surveys for municipal and civil construction projects. It is particularly adept at core drilling in challenging terrains such as mountainous areas, forested regions, and plateaus with poor transportation access. This drill is the preferred choice for deep drilling (under 600 meters) in hard-to-reach, steep-cut areas, essential for scattered projects and preliminary exploration, and the top choice for time-sensitive, high-efficiency operations.

Main Features of SCHP-800A

1.The system uses imported diesel engine control module to monitor all parameters of the diesel engine in real time, and automatically stops the engine when the parameters are abnormal, and displays the fault icon, which can effectively protect the engine, and has the function of maintenance reminder.
2.The diesel engine set adopts aluminum sheet metal shell and base, semi-closed design, directed exhaust of waste heat, improve the construction environment;
3.The self-weight clamping device with normally closed function can clamp the drill pipe directly up to 130mm. When the power of the equipment is suddenly lost, the clamping device can actively clamp the drill pipe to prevent the drill pipe from running away. At the same time, it can suspend for a long time, so there is no need to worry about the disadvantage of the traditional hydraulic clamping device that cannot hold the pressure for a long time without power.
4.The hydraulic system uses the multi-function integrated valve block of the split flow and the collect flow, which is compact, easy to avoid oil leakage and has the low failure rate.
5.The mast-type drilling rig, without the need for a drilling tower, can drill at any angle ranging from 30 to 90 degrees.
6.To ensure the product's high strength, lightweight, and aesthetic appeal, each module is made of aviation-grade aluminum with a surface powder coating.
