UN1500 Underground Core Drilling Rig

Key Features

Mast Structure with Equal Pulling and Pushing Force

The mast serves as the backbone of the drill rig. The double-out rod oil cylinder is directly connected to the mast, reducing maintenance costs while providing equal pulling and pushing force. The UN1000 drill rig can drill upward without any mast modifications. Both sides of the mast feature wear-resistant strips, ensuring long service life and minimal maintenance costs.

Nitrogen Spring Holder

The nitrogen spring holder operates with hydraulic opening and nitrogen clamping. The nitrogen oil cylinder offers an exceptional service life of up to 1 million cycles, significantly reducing equipment maintenance expenses. The integrated linkage between chuck and holder eliminates the risk of drill pipe falling due to human error.

Mechanical Power Head Components

The power head represents the core of the drill rig. The PHD drill rig incorporates an extra-large bearing design for enhanced durability. The fully enclosed gearbox efficiently handles drilling operations at various angles. Slips can be quickly replaced to accommodate construction requirements for B, N, and H drill pipes. The chuck features spring clamping and hydraulic release, eliminating concerns about oil leakage common with capsule chucks.
