Main technical features:
1. The caterpillar, power and operation room of the main engine adopt modular design.
2. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts well-known hydraulic products at home and abroad. The electro-hydraulic proportional closed loop is matched with the open load sensing loop, which has high reliability and advanced performance.
3, the structure of the drill is simple, high transmission efficiency, low speed output performance is stable, suitable for rock construction, especially large Angle construction.
4. The power head adopts low speed and high torque hydraulic top drive mode, and the starting torque is large. The spindle adopts a unique floating structure to facilitate the loading and unloading of drill pipe and reduce the wear of the drill pipe thread.
5. The operation of the drilling rig adopts random or remote operation mode. Remote control and independent operation room are adopted to provide a safe, reliable and clean operation environment for the operator.
6. The main machine is equipped with random crane, which is used for lifting the drill pipe and drill bit on site, reducing the labor intensity of the operator and facilitating the construction on site.
